The Establishment of the Company

The establishment of the International Advisory Centre of Municipalities had been preceded by a long-term cooperation between the Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Czech Republic and the company VNG International, a daughter company of the Association of Netherlands Municipalities. The company MEPCO was established as a joint project of theirs, on the basis of a contract signed on 17th December 2003. The company was registered within the Trade Register on 4th April 2004.
