How We Work
In the course of building projects with our clients we follow the following principles:
- We are a company owned by associations yet we are ready to face market competition. We do not expect to win tenders from the municipalities only because of the strong position of the Union of Towns and Municipalities as our owner; but rather because the public authorities, our clients, find it to be convenient.
- “Colleague to colleague approach” – employees of local administrations and their associated organizations are our colleagues, and we cooperate on the basis of an equal and fair relationship.
- The final and essential goal of all our projects is to support and strengthen local administrations.
Stages of project preparation:
- Initial meeting with the client, setting up of the communication channels, preliminary problem diagnosis.
- Complex preparation of the project plan, and its internal and external examination.
- Contract for advisory services signed.
- Diagnosis – search for facts, analysis and synthesis, examination of the problem.
- Activity plan, including the identification of possibilities for alternative solutions.
- Realization – proposals and adjustments, trainings, interventions, monitoring, change and risk management, communication with the client and other stakeholders.
- Documentation, manuals, minutes, measurement and testing of results achieved.
- Final evaluation, report, plans for follow-up activities.
